JustHealth’s Amicus Project – JustHealth submits legal briefs to courts around the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court, presenting viewpoints supportive of consumer and provider rights and a just healthcare system. Some examples from our Amicus Project are included.

JustHealth (formerly California Consumer Health Care Council “CCHCC”) has submitted Amicus Briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court in:
